Couple's Relaxation

This activity is carried out as a couple in Inúu’s relaxation room (next to the water beds). It focuses on physical manipulations and pressure on specific points to relieve stress and maintain health. The activity is conducted by Manuel Méndez, who trained at the Escuela Superior de Medicina Tradicional China.
Duration: 20-30 min.

Mindful Movements
In this "Mindfulness through guided movement meditation" workshop, you will learn to focus and calm your mind while revitalising your body. It is based on 10 mindful movements created by master Thich Nhat Hanh, which combine gentle stretching, conscious yoga postures, breathing techniques and self-massage with pressure applied through balls and other objects.
