Discover the Blu restaurant with a new, completely renewed menu that highlights the flavors of local products and offers modern, casual and balanced cuisine. Among the dishes, the creative Milanese, the smash burgers and stews stand out, such as squid stuffed with ragged black pudding and dry rice with Iberian secret and trumpets of death. Also, the pastas and original pizzas are recovered, such as the black charcoal dough with tender garlic and leeks.
