GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Rates are valid from 1 December 2019 until 30 November 2020. All prices are per person and are valid for a three-hour stay at Thermoludic (excluding the general night admission which permits access for two hours).
OPENING HOURS AND CLOSURES
Caldea is closed all day on 25 December.
Thermoludic also closes for improvement works once per year, from 6 to 22 May 2020 (inclusive). Inúu closes also from 15 to 26 June 2020. Check the opening hours here.
Children aged 3 and 4 can only access Likids, the new children’s area. Children aged 5 to 8 can access Likids and Thermoludic. Children aged 9 to 11 can only access Thermoludic.
A reservation is required to access Likids. Consult the opening times and prices here.
Proof of age is required for all children, and they must always be accompanied by an adult of 18 years old or more (one adult for every 3 children is required).
It is compulsory for all persons shorter than 1.30 m, whether they can swim or not, to wear inflatable armbands. For hygiene reasons, people with external wounds or with any part of their body in a bandage or plaster cast will not be granted access.
We recommend that, in order to enjoy our amenities to the full, our rules should be observed:
In order to avoid slipping, be careful when walking as the floor is wet. We recommend using the stairs and handrails when entering and exiting the baths.
You can go barefoot or wear the disposable booties that are sold for €2.95 at the Caldea Shop. Don't run inside the facilities.
It is forbidden to jump inside the baths or into the water.
Please respect the silence so everyone can enjoy the calm and comfort.
Caldea is not responsible for any issues that are caused due to a failure to comply with the rules or incorrect usage of the facilities or services. In this regard, accidents caused by slipping will be the responsibility of the client. Failure to comply with the rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of admission. Caldea is not a medical centre. Check with your doctor if you have a health issue.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
Use the lockers to safeguard your personal belongings. Make sure that you leave nothing outside the lockers and that they are well locked. In case of loss of the card, inform our staff immediately. Caldea will not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any item that has not been declared to, and kept by, the security service. For valuable items, the Centre’s security service has a safe; ask at Reception.
RESERVATIONS AND ATTENDANCE
We recommend that you book in advance, especially if you intend to come on Saturday or Sunday, during a Spanish bank holidays, Easter, during August, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Three Kings Day or any day of the week during winter (from Christmas to Easter). Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays are days for school groups; Wednesday afternoons are very busy as adult groups have priority. To enjoy Caldea to the fullest you are advised to arrive in the morning (before 14.00). The customer hereby agrees to respect the set time they have selected. Caldea reserves the right to refuse admission when customers do not respect the schedules.
In spite of having made a reservation and obtaining a reference number, the customer will not be able to enjoy the service if they do not present a document confirming the reservation at Caldea’s reception.

RESERVATION SYSTEM FOR PACKAGES WITH ACCOMMODATION
1. Registration: Offers with accommodation must be booked directly on the website or by calling the Booking Office (in this case, a minimum of 72 hours in advance). Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. In the event that you have made a reservation and your status is set to “on request”, you must wait for the corresponding confirmation or refusal of the reservation from Caldea.

Offers must be paid for by card in advance.
3. Cancellations and no-shows:
All cancellations must be notified in writing (via email).
Caldea will not refund any money for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start date of the programme or in the case of a no-show (EXCLUDING PACKAGES THAT INCLUDE THE CIRQUE DU SOLEIL AS NO CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED IN THIS CASE). PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Reservations must be paid for by card in advance. In order to cancel or modify a booking, you need to log in to your account and select the required option. This must always be done 72 hours before the date of the first service (with the exception of offers that do not allow for changes or cancellations). Cancellations or modifications will not be accepted after 72 hours.

OTHER PRACTICAL INFORMATION
If you purchase an additional service (massage, etc.), on the day of the service you can stay in the centre for the combined duration of the admission and the chosen treatment(s).
If you lose your Caldea access card you must pay €3.
If the allotted time in Caldea is exceeded (including the time spent in the changing room) a fee of €2 per person for every extra fifteen minutes or fraction thereof will be payable upon departure from Caldea.
