A gift card is a prepaid card for the value of your choice which you can give to anyone you want.
The recipient can use the card to purchase any Caldea service (admission, massages and dining) of the same or greater value. Offers with external services (such as hotels and activities) are excluded.
It's so simple! Just follow these steps:
- Choose the value of the gift card you want to buy
- Do you want to print it or send it by email?
- Enter your information: name, surname, email
- Enter the details of the recipient of your gift card: name, surname, email, personalised message
- Add your gift card to the shopping cart to buy it
- And voilà! Your gift card is now on its way and ready to be given as a present
The Caldea gift card is for single use only. In other words, it must be used for a purchase of the same or greater value. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining credit will be lost.
The recipient of the gift card will receive a discount code for the value of the gift card. They must use the 'Do you have a gift card?' option in the shopping cart, and the value of the gift card will automatically be deducted from their total.

2. Add your experience to the shopping cart
3. Copy the gift card code into 'Do you have a gift card?' in the shopping cart
4. Follow the steps to complete payment
5. Now you can enjoy your gift!
All you have to do is choose the product you want to give (entrance, hotel package, massage...) on the website and enter the date and time. When you make the reservation, keep in mind the date on which you are going to give the gift so that you always put a later reservation date.
Changes to dates and products can be made up to 72 hours before the day of the first service. To make the modifications you have to contact our reservation department: email@example.com.
Changes of product and date can be made as long as it is for an amount greater than or equal to that of t he product in the reservation and always 72 hours before the arrival of the first service.
All tickets, packages and offers are according to the conditions of sale of each product.
You have one year to come from the moment you make the purchase. If for any reason you cannot use it during that year of validity, please contact our reservations department: firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can extend the term of your gift voucher.
