Manual treatment for 2 people aimed at relaxing and releasing muscle contraction. Focuses on the whole body excluding the face, abdomen and chest. Starts on the front of the body with the feet, legs, arms and head. Then we move to the rear and start from the feet and work our way up through the legs, back and cervical spine.
