When the spa is operating with guaranteed minimum services and most facilities are available, guests may choose to access the spa without entitlement to compensation, or alternatively change the date and time of their ticket. Under no circumstances will compensation be provided for services outside Caldea's control.

- The whole family enters Caldea through the changing rooms on floor -1 and accompanies the children to the door of the the children’s spa, located on the floor 0. Once there, a team of qualified supervisors will be responsible for identifying and welcoming the children. The adults are free to enjoy the Classic admission in absolute peace.
- Minimum height to access the space: 95 cm.
- A passport, National ID or family record book must be shown to verify the age of the children. We are unable to grant access to any child without documentation.
