The best fitness and yoga Instagram profiles that you can’t stop following

We know you like to stay up to date on all the latest innovations and trends for staying in shape, so we’d like to give you some suggestions for accounts to follow on your Instagram feed. We’re sure that they’ll inspire and motivate you to keep training, or to start, if you’re still thinking about it!

    • Jose Expósito (@Expostitoxt29): creator of the XT29 method and the personal trainer of influencers. He has devised a comprehensive training routine that involves completing 29 exercises, in 29 minutes, over 29 consecutive days. We had the pleasure of putting his programme through its paces in March with a master class in the Caldea gym.

 

    • Gloria Morales (@atacadas): a professional dancer who created a training programme that combines ballet with fitness. We also had the chance to meet her and try out her method at a master class that was held in our facilities.

 

    • Magali Dali (@magalidalix): the creator of a holistic programme that covers physical training, diet and life habits which she delivers at her gym: The Magali Room. We also got the chance to learn from her about her training system at various master classes that we were fortunate enough to have in our gym.

 

    • Kayla Itsines (@kayla_itsines): is an international trainer who has also created her own 28-minute programme that you can download with her app. She also demonstrates it on her profile in short videos, alongside info about healthy meals and her daily life.

 

4 unmissable Instagram yogis
    • Maite Aguirre (@soy_yogi): a yoga teacher and winner of various awards in this discipline who also runs workshops and retreats. On her feed she demonstrates all kinds of asanas that she performs in many outdoor settings and enclosed spaces. We were also able to enjoy a master class with her.

 

    • Sean Phelps (@seanphelpsyoga): an instructor from Los Angeles who shares instructional videos on how to achieve poses with his followers, as well as photos of asanas.

 

    • Beach Yoga Girl (@beachyogagirl): on her account you’ll find everything from tutorials with poses to family photos and inspirational messages to help you stay motivated.

 

  • Aprende Yoga (@aprendeyoga): a very interesting profile for those who are just starting out in the world of yoga. Using photos, they post step-by-step tutorials on how to achieve asanas.
