Premium afternoon admission

Terms and conditions:

- 3 hours of Premium admission for over-16s. Valid any day, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. or 7.15 p.m., depending on the closing time. View the timetables here.
- Until July 3rd, entry will not include access to the Classic or Plus facilities. During this period, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the spa is reserved exclusively for school groups, and families with children aged 8 and over may access the spa on Sundays, April 27, May 11, May 25, and June 15, starting at 6:00 p.m.
- Exclusive access for those over 16 years of age. Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. It is required to present identification document upon arrival in Caldea.
- 100% refundable provided that you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.
- Shows: During high season enjoy shows with acrobatics, live music and much more. Check all the information here. 

Information note:

When the spa is open with minimum services guaranteed and most of the facilities in operation, the client may choose to access the spa, without the right to receive any compensation, or to change the date and time of entry. Under no circumstances will you receive compensation for Caldea external services.

What do you need to enter?

- Premium access includes the loan of a bathrobe, towel and flip-flops.
