- Access to all Caldea spa facilities (Premium and Classic access) with no time limit for guests over 16 years old. On Tuesdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the Classic spa is reserved exclusively for school groups. It is also reserved for school groups on Monday, March 9 and 23.
- The Classic facilities will remain closed from April 7 to July 2. During this period, you can continue to enjoy the facilities of Caldea's Adult Only spa at a reduced price.
- Punctuality is mandatory. The time selected when making the reservation is the mandatory time of access to the spa, and you must respect this time limit. You will not be able to access the spa outside the date and time indicated on your ticket.
- If you wish, you may leave and re-enter the Caldea facilities once during your visit. To do so, you must inform our reception staff and hand in your access bracelet, which will be returned to you when you return.
- Last admission is at 1 p.m., so you can enjoy your visit to the fullest.
- 100% refundable as long as you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.
