Conditions:

- Classic 2-hour admission with access at 9.30 pm. Punctuality is mandatory. The time selected when making the booking is the mandatory time for accessing the spa, and you must adhere to this time limit. You will not be able to access the spa outside the date and time indicated on the booking. On Tuesdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the spa is reserved exclusively for school groups. Mondays 9 and 23 March are also reserved for school groups.
- Any time not used cannot be refunded or compensated on another day.
- Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the spa. Children aged 3 to 4 may only access the children's spa. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Children under 1.30 m in height must use loaner armbands.
- Admission is 100% refundable provided you cancel at least 72 hours before the date of the first service booked. 

Information note: 

When the spa is open with minimum services guaranteed and most of the facilities in operation, customers may choose to access the spa, without the right to receive any compensation, or to change the date and time of their admission. Under no circumstances will you receive compensation for services outside Caldea.
