Conditions:

- 2-hour admission for 2 people, with access at any time. 
- 100% refundable provided the booking is cancelled at least 72 hours in advance.

Information note:

- When the spa is open with minimum guaranteed services and most facilities in operation, the guest may choose to access the spa without entitlement to any compensation, or to change the date and time of their ticket. Under no circumstances will compensation be provided for services external to Caldea.
- This is a promotional rate and cannot be combined with any other discount.
