These characters, inspired by Pyrenean mythology, turn the hike into a game and make walking through the woods a fun and educational experience suitable for all ages. - The magical Macarulla trails
These themed routes for families combine easy hiking with games and interactive elements. Each of the seven trails is based on a story (about witches, giants or fantastical creatures) and, along the way, kids will find information boards, clues and challenges to help them progress through the adventure.
The hikes are short and designed to let you enjoy nature in a fun and educational way. They are spread across various natural areas in Andorra, generally in mountainous and wooded settings that are accessible by car.
- Camí de les Pardines and Lake Engolasters
This route is well suited for hiking with children. The trail is wide, well signposted and has very little elevation gain, so you can walk at a leisurely pace while enjoying the natural surroundings. Along the way, you can take in forests and panoramic views of the valley, as well as stopping off at small rest areas. The starting point for the trail can either be Lake Engolasters or the Camí de les Pardines.
The Caldea Show: magic every night
