4 hours of spa access and one night's accommodation in a 4* hotel with breakfast.

Conditions:
- The Classic and Plus facilities are closed for annual improvements until 18 July. Premium access will be available and, until that date, entry will be for 3 hours.
- From 18 July to 31 July, the outdoor lagoon will be closed for improvement works. You can enjoy the other facilities: the large hydromassage pool, the panoramic pool, the Indo-Roman baths, the Nordic sauna and the hammam.
- On Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., the spa is reserved exclusively for school groups.
- Access is restricted to those over 16 years of age. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18. It is essential to present proof of identity upon arrival at Caldea. 
- 100% refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours in advance.

Informative note:
When the spa is open with minimum services guaranteed and most facilities in operation, customers may choose to access the spa without being entitled to any compensation, or to change the date and time of entry. Under no circumstances will you receive compensation for services outside Caldea.
