Conditions:
- On Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., the spa is reserved exclusively for school groups. It is also reserved on Monday 15 December and 12 January. 
- Access is restricted to those over 16 years of age. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18. It is essential to present proof of identity upon arrival at Caldea. 
- 100% refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours in advance.

Informative note:
When the spa is open with minimum services guaranteed and most facilities in operation, customers may choose to access the spa without being entitled to any compensation, or to change the date and time of entry. Under no circumstances will you receive compensation for services outside Caldea.
