- On Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., the spa is reserved exclusively for school groups. It is also reserved on Monday 15 December and 12 January. 

- Exclusive access for those over 16 years of age. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age. It is essential to present an identification document upon arrival at Caldea.

- 100% refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

When the spa is open with guaranteed minimum services and most of the facilities in operation, the customer may choose to access the spa, without the right to receive any compensation, or to change the date and time of entry. In no case will you receive compensation for services outside Caldea.
