- Exclusive access for visitors aged 16 and over. Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. It is essential to present identification upon arrival at Caldea.

- Ticket to the Van Gogh Alive exhibitionin the Prat del Roure room (Escaldes-Engordany).

Opening hours: 

Monday to Wednesday: 3pm to 8pm

Thursday and Friday: 11am to 8pm

Saturday: 11am to 9pm and public holidays: 15/02/26 and 2 to 5/04/26

Sundays: 11am to 8pm

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before your visit, you will receive an email from Caldea with your tickets to the Vann Gogh Alive exhibition from the 4 Tickets platform. It is essential that you download these 4 Tickets tickets to access the activities. You will not be able to enjoy the experience if you only present the Caldea purchase confirmation.

Conditions : 

- Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the spa. Children aged 3 to 4 are only allowed in the children's spa. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Children under 1.30 m in height must use loaner armbands.

- 100% refundable provided you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

When the spa is open with minimum services guaranteed and most facilities in operation, customers may choose to access the spa without being entitled to any compensation, or to change the date and time of their visit. Under no circumstances will compensation be paid for services outside Caldea.
