5-Day Premium pass

Terms and conditions:

- 5-day pack, with 4 hours of Premium admission, valid any time and any day of the week. On Tuesdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the Caldea spa is reserved exclusively for school groups. Mondays 9 and 23 March are also reserved for school groups. Punctuality is mandatory. The time selected when making the booking is the mandatory time for accessing the spa, and you must adhere to this time limit. You will not be able to access the spa outside the date and time indicated on the booking.
- Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the spa. Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
- Personal and non-transferable.
- 100% refundable provided that you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

Information note:

When the spa is open with minimum services guaranteed and most of the facilities in operation, the client may choose to access the spa, without the right to receive any compensation, or to change the date and time of entry. Under no circumstances will you receive compensation for Caldea external services.

What do you need to enter?

- Swimwear.
- Premium admission includes the loan of a bathrobe, towel and flip-flops.
