5-Day Premium pass

Terms and conditions:

- 5-day pack, with 4 hours of Premium admission, valid any time and any day of the week.
- Until July 3rd, entry will not include access to the Classic or Plus facilities. During this period, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the spa is reserved exclusively for school groups, and families with children aged 8 and over may access the spa on Sundays, April 27, May 11, May 25, and June 15, starting at 6:00 p.m. From July 5th to July 8th, hydromassage basins will be closed for improvement works. From July 5th to July 31st, the outdoor lagoon will be closed for improvement works. You will be able to enjoy the rest of the facilities: the large indoor lagoon, the panoramic lagoon, the Indo-Roman baths, the Nordic sauna, the hammam, the grapefruit bath, the Aztec bath, the lemon bath, and the solarium with jacuzzis, a three-level indoor lagoon, an indoor lagoon with bubble beds, the outer lagoon and central waterfall, the ice cabin, the chromatic sauna with salt wall, the exfoliation showers, an aquatic bar nd the well-being workshops (Mindfulness and Tibetan bowls).
- Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to enter the spa. Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
- Personal and non-transferable.
- 100% refundable provided that you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

Information note:

When the spa is open with minimum services guaranteed and most of the facilities in operation, the client may choose to access the spa, without the right to receive any compensation, or to change the date and time of entry. Under no circumstances will you receive compensation for Caldea external services.

What do you need to enter?

- Swimwear.
- Premium admission includes the loan of a bathrobe, towel and flip-flops.
