Premium afternoon admission

Terms and conditions:

- 3 hours of Premium admission for over-16s. Valid any day, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. or 7.15 p.m., depending on the closing time. View the timetables here. On Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., the spa is reserved exclusively for school groups. It is also reserved on Monday 15 December and 12 January. Punctuality is mandatory. The time selected when making the booking is the mandatory time for accessing the spa, and you must adhere to this time limit. You will not be able to access the spa outside the date and time indicated on the booking.
- Exclusive access for those over 16 years of age. Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. It is required to present identification document upon arrival in Caldea.
- 100% refundable provided that you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

Information note:

When the spa is open with minimum services guaranteed and most of the facilities in operation, the client may choose to access the spa, without the right to receive any compensation, or to change the date and time of entry. Under no circumstances will you receive compensation for Caldea external services.

- Premium access includes the loan of a bathrobe, towel and flip-flops.
