Terms and conditions:

-    You can only access Inúu, Caldea’s adults-only spa, if you’re over 16 years old.

-    This offer is 100% refundable provided that the package is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the arrival time for the first booked service.

-    You must arrive 15 minutes before the treatment begins. In the event of lateness, the lost time will not be compensated.

-    Admission is valid for 4 hours. If the customer enters the centre less than 4 hours before closing time, the unused time will not be refunded or compensated on another day. Check the opening times here.

-    During Thermoludic’s annual closure for improvement works, from 2 April to 2 August, admission will only grant access to the Inúu facilities.

-    Until 30/06, Inúu will be reserved exclusively for school groups on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

-    The Blu Restaurant will remain closed from 2 April to 16 June.
