- The Classic and Plus facilities are closed for annual improvement works until July 17. Premium access will be available. From July 18 to July 31, the outdoor lagoon will be closed for improvement works. You will be able to enjoy the rest of the facilities: large indoor lagoon, panoramic lagoon, Indoroman baths, Nordic sauna and hammam.

- Exclusive access for those over 16 years of age. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age. It is essential to present an identification document upon arrival at Caldea.

- 100% refundable as long as you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

When the spa is open with guaranteed minimum services and most of the facilities in operation, the customer may choose to access the spa, without the right to receive any compensation, or to change the date and time of entry. In no case will you receive compensation for services outside Caldea.
