Essential Spring

Conditions:

- 3-hour Essential access for 2 people aged 16 and over. Exclusive 3-hour access for children aged 8 to 15 on Sundays 26/04, 10/05, and 14/06, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please note that construction work on a hotel is currently taking place in the building, which may cause occasional intermittent noise during your visit. We appreciate your understanding and remain at your disposal for any questions.
- On Tuesdays, access to the spa may be affected by school group visits.
- The Classic facilities will remain closed from April 7 to July 3. During this period, you can continue to enjoy the Adults Only spa facilities at Caldea at a reduced price with the Essential rate.
- Strict punctuality is required. The time selected when making the reservation is the mandatory spa access time and must be respected. Access outside the date and time indicated on the ticket will not be allowed.
- Access is restricted to guests aged 16 and over. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. A valid ID must be presented upon arrival at Caldea.
- 100% refundable provided cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance.

Information note:

Currently, the bubble beds in the indoor lagoon are not active due to a technical issue.
When the spa operates with minimum guaranteed services and most facilities are available, the customer may choose to access the spa without the right to compensation, or to modify the date and time of their ticket. Under no circumstances will compensation be granted for services external to Caldea.
