Classic morning admission

Terms and conditions:

- 3 hours of admission valid on days with entry from opening time until 2:45 p.m. View the timetables here.
- The Classic and Plus facilities are closed for annual improvement works until July 3rd. Premium access will be available.
- From July 4th to July 31st, the outdoor lagoon will be closed for improvement works. You will be able to enjoy the rest of the facilities: the Large Hydromassage Cup Lagoon, the Panoramic Lagoon, the Indo-Roman Baths, the Nordic Sauna, and the Hammam.
- Children under 5 years of age are not allowed access to the spa. Children aged 3 to 4 may only access the spa exclusively for children. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years. Children below the height of 1.30 m will be required to use borrowed arm floats.
- 100% refundable provided that you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.
- Shows: During high season enjoy shows with acrobatics, live music and much more. Check all the information here. 

Information note:

When the spa is open with minimum services guaranteed and most of the facilities in operation, the client may choose to access the spa, without the right to receive any compensation, or to change the date and time of entry. Under no circumstances will you receive compensation for Caldea external services.

What do you need to enter?

- You can rent a bathrobe and towel, and purchase latex booties in our shop from €3.50.
