Children Spa admission

Terms and conditions:

- 3 hours of admission to the Children’s Spa for kids aged 3 and 4. Punctuality is mandatory. The time selected when making the booking is the mandatory time for accessing the spa, and you must adhere to this time limit. You will not be able to access the spa outside the date and time indicated on the booking. On Tuesdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the spa is reserved exclusively for school groups. Mondays 9 and 23 March are also reserved for school groups.
- The whole family enters Caldea through the changing rooms on floor -1 and accompanies the children to the door of the the children’s spa, located on the floor 0. Once there, a team of qualified supervisors will be responsible for identifying and welcoming the children. The adults are free to enjoy the Classic admission in absolute peace.
- Minimum height to access the space: 95 cm.
- A passport, National ID or family record book must be shown to verify the age of the children. We are unable to grant access to any child without documentation.
- To enter, minors must be accompanied by an adult. (Maximum 2 children per adult).
- 100% refundable provided that you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

What do you need to enter?

- Swimwear.
- Access to the children’s spa includes the loan of a bathrobe and towel for boys and girls.
