3-Day Classic pass

Terms and conditions:

- 3-day pack, with 3 hours of Classic admission, valid any time and any day of the week. On Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., the spa is reserved exclusively for school groups. It is also reserved on Monday 15 December and 12 January. Punctuality is mandatory. The time selected when making the booking is the mandatory time for accessing the spa, and you must adhere to this time limit. You will not be able to access the spa outside the date and time indicated on the booking.
- Personal and non-transferable.
- Valid for both adults and children aged 5 and over.
- A passport, National ID or family record book must be shown to verify the age of the children. We are unable to grant access to any child without documentation. 
- To enter, minors must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years (maximum 2 children per adult). Children below the height of 1.30 m will be required to use borrowed arm floats.
- 100% refundable provided that you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

Information note:

When the spa is open with minimum services guaranteed and most of the facilities in operation, the client may choose to access the spa, without the right to receive any compensation, or to change the date and time of entry. Under no circumstances will you receive compensation for Caldea external services.

What do you need to enter?

- Swimwear.
- You can rent a bathrobe and towel, and purchase latex booties in our shop from €3.50.
