- Naturland's opening hours are from 9 am to 5 pm.
- The activities in Naturland are subject to the weather conditions, schedule, availability and season of each activity.
- The Aventura ticket includes: 1 toboggan trip + airtrekk and zip line + car extrem circuit + archery + Xtrem junp + guided tour + sleds. Children aged 5 and 6 will have access to naturkids entrance: AIRTREKKIDS (+ 1m), mini zip line (+ 1m), trampolines, ponies, kids space sledges, guided circuit and access to free circuits.
- The price is per person.
- Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- The offer is 100% refundable provided the package is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival for the first service.
- A no-show will lead to the loss of 100% of the payment.
- Changes in dates can also be made 72 hours in advance within the same season.
