Venim d&#8217;una estaci\u00f3 estiuenca en qu\u00e8 els dies s\u00f3n m\u00e9s llargs, fa calor, aprofitem el sol al m\u00e0xim, ens ho hem passat d\u2019all\u00f2 m\u00e9s b\u00e9 menjant i hem sigut flexibles amb els nostres h\u00e0bits diaris. Per\u00f2 arriba el setembre&#8230; i amb la tornada a l&#8217;escola o a la rutina, el nostre ritme de vida s&#8217;accelera de cop. Les hores de llum disminueixen, fa m\u00e9s fred i, a banda, hem de reparar el nostre organisme i la pell despr\u00e9s dels excessos de l&#8217;estiu per posar-los a punt per a l&#8217;hivern.
