Doncs en aix\u00f2 estem! Us hem preparat uns consells perqu\u00e8 podeu reprendre el dia a dia d\u2019una manera divertida a la tornada de vacances (els m\u00e9s afortunats) o simplement despr\u00e9s de les festes nadalenques.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><span style=\"color: #36454f; font-size: 22px; font-weight: 500; line-height: 1.41; margin-bottom: 25px;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Escolta el teu cos!<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Despr\u00e9s de tants dies d&#8217;excessos, el teu cos et demana a crits menjar sa. Planteja&#8217;t una setmana \u201cdetox\u201d: beu molta aigua, menja fruita i, si t&#8217;agrada experimentar, prova el souping! \u00c9s una de les dietes preferides de celebrities com Gwyneth Paltrow o Angelina Jolie, i es basa en incorporar sopes i cremes vegetals gr\u00e0cies a les quals ens sentirem satisfets i haurem consumit les m\u00ednimes calories. Deixa volar la teva imaginaci\u00f3 o prova les sopes de br\u00f2quil, pastanaga, miso i cr\u00e9ixens o llenties. En pocs dies aconseguir\u00e0s depurar el teu organisme.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><span style=\"color: #36454f; font-size: 22px; font-weight: 500; line-height: 1.41; margin-bottom: 25px;\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Que no falti l&#8217;esport&#8230;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span lang=\"ca-ES\">\u00c9s un dels prop\u00f2sits que ens fem tots en comen\u00e7ar l&#8217;any, oi? Mantingues una bona hidrataci\u00f3 i nutrici\u00f3 amb cremes, gels o s\u00e8rum (segons el teu tipus de pell).
