What is the WPT?<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

The World Padel Tour<\/strong> (WPT) is the world\u2019s most important professional padel competition, both for the championship at an organisational level and for the line-up of participants, which will include all the best players from the international circuit.
\nBetween 15 and 20 WPT tournaments take place each year, along with a Master Final event which is contested by the best pairs in the rankings. The championship is scored on a points basis, and participants travel to various cities around the world in an attempt to score enough points to qualify for the Master Final. Only the top 8 pairs in the rankings make it to the final event at the end of the season.

CALDEA is backing padel<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

The Sport Thermal Club, CALDEA\u2019s sports and wellness centre, has 4 recently constructed padel courts at its facilities, where members and fans of this sport can practise their racket skills. Private and group lessons for both adults and children are also available.
\nThrough a desire to promote this sport, which provides many physical and social benefits, CALDEA organised its second Social Padel Tournament last June, which Javi Ruiz (number 23 in the world and a WPT player) participated in.
