I tot i que les temperatures encara s\u00f3n agradables, deus estar pensant en el dia en qu\u00e8 comencin a pujar fins a molestar-nos. \u00c9s el moment de preparar el kit de superviv\u00e8ncia!<\/p>\n<p>Ventilador, aire condicionat, roba fresca&#8230; Hi ha moltes opcions per combatre la calor des de fora per\u00f2 avui t&#8217;ensenyarem com fer-ho des del teu interior amb tres aliments i un te (s\u00ed, com ho sents, UN TE).<\/p>\n<p>Preparat?<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><span style=\"color: #36454f; font-size: 22px; font-weight: 500; line-height: 1.41; margin-bottom: 25px;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">La s\u00edndria<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p>\u00c9s una de les fruites indispensables a la teva cuina a l&#8217;estiu. La s\u00edndria, un c\u00f2ctel de vitamines i de nutrients com potassi, calci, f\u00f2sfor i fibra, a m\u00e9s de ser extremadament benefici\u00f3s per al teu cos, cont\u00e9 un 90% d\u2019aigua, la qual cosa t\u2019ajuda a calmar la set.<\/p>\n<p>Imagina\u2019t aquesta imatge: arribes a casa despr\u00e9s de passejar, obres la nevera fas una mossegada a aquest gelat natural. Aquesta infusi\u00f3 es pot prendre perfectament freda sense que perdi cap de les seves qualitats ni el seu sabor quedi afectat.<\/p>\n<p>Prepara un litre de te el dia abans i deixa\u2019l refredar durant unes hores a la nevera. Abans d&#8217;anar a dormir, afegeix unes fulles de menta fresca i trossos de fruita (et recomanem que facis servir llimona per donar un plus de frescor) i deixa-la a la nevera tota la nit.
