Did you know that admission to In\u00fau includes free workshops and activities? Over the summer, we\u2019ve organised a series of daily workshops that will run until 31 August, and you can take part in them free of charge as they\u2019re included in the price of admission.

Choose from the workshops and activities we\u2019ve organised for you this summer at In\u00fau<\/span><\/h2>\n

Below you will find a brief description of all the workshops<\/span> <\/a>so you can book your admission to In\u00fau based on the ones you want to try the most. They last between 20 and 30 minutes and are limited to a maximum of 10 people. <\/span><\/p>\n

Tibetan singing bowls\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

One of our classics, and always a big hit (if you\u2019ve visited In\u00fau before, chances are you\u2019ve tried it). Just in case you still haven\u2019t heard about it, let us tell you what it\u2019s all about. During the session, our expert in Tibetan singing bowls will make them vibrate rhythmically. The vibrations that are generated using the wands on the metal of the singing bowls create a sense of calm and relaxation in the environment. Take a moment to press pause and come and experience it!<\/p>\n

Perfume workshop \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Differentiate between various aromas of natural perfume oils and scents as you develop your sense of smell and create your own customised perfume. No two fragrances will ever be the same.<\/p>\n

Mindful movements\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

This guided meditation workshop combines gentle stretching, yoga poses, breathing techniques and self-massage. We will show you how to calm and centre your mind while also toning your body.<\/p>\n

Tea & Spa\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Discover the benefits of tea and other infusions, as well as the properties they offer as a substitute for coffee and other sugary drinks. You will also learn the best time of day to drink them depending on their intended use.<\/p>\n

Relaxation for couples \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

A workshop designed to help you alleviate stress and maintain your health thanks to manipulations and pressure on specific points of the body. You\u2019ll leave feeling brand new!<\/p>\n

\u2022 Yin-yang nutrition\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Get to know your body\u2019s needs and the different types of hunger so you can eat more healthily and at the right times of the day.<\/p>\n

Bonus: Cocktail hour \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Plus, to help you beat the summer heat, cool off with one of our signature cocktails which are available from midday to 1:30 p.m. or from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in July and from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in August.<\/p>\n

And to finish off: indulge yourself with one of our massages<\/span><\/h2>\n

30 minutes will give you enough time to revitalise and free yourself from the stresses of everyday life for a few moments, but we also have longer massages available too. Choose your favourite from our selection of Ayurvedic, Asian or more traditional<\/strong> treatments<\/a><\/span>. Or go for a beauty treatment<\/strong> if you want to give your skin a little extra care during the summer.
