If you are a snow lover, you will be well aware that the European Cup finals are being held from 12 to 18 March in Grandvalira, Andorra.
\nThis top-level event, which promises to be one of the most intense competitions of the season, will bring together Europe\u2019s best professional skiers including Marcel Hirscher, Beat Feuz and Peter Fill.
\nToday we want to introduce you to Mireia Guti\u00e9rrez, an Andorran skier who definitely won\u2019t miss this opportunity and who regularly comes to train at our gym and enjoy our thermal centre.<\/p>\n

One of Andorra\u2019s skiing greats<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Guti\u00e9rrez has accumulated a record worthy of envy: six Andorran championship titles in the slalom category (2004, 2006, 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2014), and seven in the giant slalom category (2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014).<\/p>\n

Mireia made her debut at the 2008 world cup in La Molina (Catalonia), but it wasn\u2019t until 2015 that she scored her first points and achieved the second best result for an Andorran in this type of competition. She secured her first podium finish that same year after completing the Bad Wiessee slalom competition that was part of the European Cup.
\nMireia has also represented our little country at the 2010, 2014 and 2018 Winter Olympic Games.<\/p>\n
