| ADMISSION |
| |
For safety reasons, children under 5 are not admitted. For children aged between 5 and 12 years a document must be presented to prove their age and they must be accompanied by an adult (there must be one adult for every three children). All people below the height of 1.30m must wear arm bands. For hygiene reasons, people with surface wounds or bandages or plaster casts on any part of their body will not be admitted.

| RESERVATION SYSTEM FOR THERMOLUDIC AREA AND TREATMENTS |

1. Book online at: www.caldea.com
2. At the centre's reception desk.
3. At the Reservation desk, by phone, fax or e-mail, 48 h before. Thermoludic Area admissions reservation, with or without treatments, needs a prepayment of 100 % of the total reservation (reservations depend on availability).
4. Cancellation: All cancellations must be sent by fax or e-mail. If a cancellation is made less than 48 h before the day of the admission, Caldea will not give money back.

RESERVATION FOR OFFERS WITH HOTEL |

|
1. Registration: offers with hotel must be reserved 48 h before by sending the form available in each offer explanation on the web, and clicking booking@caldea.ad giving us all the information required, or also by phoning our Reservation Desk 48 h before. Reservations depend on availability of the centre on the moment of making them. Sending the form is not a guarantee of the availability of offers. It is obligatory to wait and receive Caldea voucher with all the services listed.
2. Payment: offers must be totally paid in advance by card or transfert (bank expenses taken charge by the client).
If you decide to pay by transfert, you must wait and receive the authorization of prepayment. Once you have received this authorization, the transfert must be ordered and you have to send us a justificatory of it by fax (00376 86 56 56) or by e-mail to booking@caldea.ad
Sending us the information of your credit card is not a guarantee of the availability of the offers.
3. Cancellations and no show: all cancellations must be sent by e-mail or fax.
Cancellations expenses: all cancellations made between 7 and 12 days before the client arrival will be cashed with 25 % of the total price, except for the reservations made for Spanish Immaculada, the Christmas week and Spanish Reyes. These reservations must be cashed with 100 % of the total price for any cancellation made less than 15 days before.
No shows will be cashed with 100 % of the total price of the reservation.

| RESERVATIONS SYSTEM FOR THE WELLNESS AREA |
| |
1. Registration and payment: The Wellness Area's services must be reserved in advance through our Reservations Desk. When you make your reservation we will ask you for a payment and deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount for the selected programme. You must pay the remaining 50% when you arrive at Caldea.
2. Times: You can start the programmes on any day of the week. Preferably, services are provided in the morning.
If you have a preference in terms of time (morning or afternoon) you should inform us when making the reservation.
When you make the reservation we will tell you your admission time. If a customer arrives late Caldea cannot guarantee that the service they have booked can be fully provided in the case of Wellness Area services and booth treatments.
3. Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing (via post, fax or e-mail). If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours' before the programme starts, Caldea will not refund the payment or deposit.

| RULES AND REGULATIONS |
| |
• For your enjoyment and safety, please respect the rules.
• To avoid slipping, you must walk very carefully as the floor is wet. Using the steps and handrail on entering and leaving the lagoons is recommended.
• You can walk barefoot or wear the disposable latex socks sold at the Caldea Boutique for
2.75 €.
• Do not run into the premises.
• Jumping into the baths or diving into the water is prohibited.
• Remain silent so that everybody can enjoy relaxation and comfort. |

| RESPONSIBILITIES |
| |
Caldea will not accept responsibility for any incidents arising from a failure to comply with the centre's rules or incorrect use of the facilities and services. Accidents which occur due to slipping are the customer's responsibility. Failure to follow the rules correctly will lead to the immediate cancellation of your admission. Caldea is not a medical centre. Consult your doctor if you have health problems.

SECURITY OF YOUR PROPERTIES |
|
|
|
Please use the lockers to keep your properties. Do not leave them out and close the locker using the key. If you loose this key, notify immediatly our staff of it. If you need to keep some value properties, please ask to our Security Service, which has a deposit box. Caldea will not accept responsability for client property loss or robbery if not looked after by our Security Service. |

CARD LOSSES
A payment of 3 € will be required for the loss of the Caldea card. |
